SlopSpot is a free web-based game that tests your ability to distinguish AI-generated content from human-created content. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Accounts

  • You may play as a guest or create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game mechanics through automated means
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Use offensive or inappropriate display names
  • Attempt to access administrative features without authorization
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service beyond normal gameplay

Content

The content displayed in SlopSpot (text, images, video) is curated for educational and entertainment purposes. All content is used in accordance with applicable fair use provisions. SlopSpot does not claim ownership of third-party content displayed within the game.

Intellectual Property

The SlopSpot name, branding, game design, and original code are the property of SlopSpot and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

SlopSpot is provided for educational entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0, because it is free).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
